About Us
OUR GOAL
The Imperial Valley Continuum of Care Council is committed to eliminating homelessness by establishing effective systems that connect individuals and families with essential resources. Through these services, individuals can restore their dignity, rebuild their lives, and reintegrate as contributing members of the community. Additionally, we prioritize preventative measures to ensure at-risk individuals receive the support needed to maintain stable housing.
OUR COLLABORATIVE
A diverse group of individuals and organizations have united in the effort to end homelessness in Imperial Valley. This collaborative network includes law enforcement, hospitals, government officials at the city, county, and state levels, fire departments, educational institutions, shelters, nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and engaged community members. Together, they are working to create meaningful solutions and lasting change.

The Imperial Valley Continuum of Care Council is dedicated to addressing community concerns surrounding homelessness while fostering conditions that support sustainable growth. Through collaboration, training, essential services, and dedicated effort, we strive to create meaningful change. Our vision is for Imperial Valley to be recognized as a place where culture and diversity are not only valued but celebrated. This is why our focus remains firmly on community.
